Job Type: Full Time (Onsite)
Location: Gulberg 3 Liberty Market, Lahore
Timing: 11 AM – 8 PM
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Identify, source, and engage with top talent using various methods including job boards, networking, and referrals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop job descriptions tailored to specific technical positions.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain organized candidate records.
- Negotiate offers and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay updated on trends in technical recruitment and best practices.
- Support HR operations, including onboarding, employee documentation, payroll, and policy implementation.
- Assist with employee engagement, relations, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and maintain employee records in the HRMS.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in the related field is required (IT office experience preferred).
