We’re looking for a Mid–Senior Python Engineer who’s passionate about crafting scalable backends, integrating AI models, and building smart automation pipelines that power real-world products.

Role Overview

You’ll be part of our AI Engineering & Automation team, working on Flask/Django-based APIs, integrating LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and n8n workflows.
You’ll collaborate with front-end, MLOps, and product teams to deliver production-ready features that bridge software engineering with AI innovation.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain Flask/Django REST APIs for scalable backend services.
• Build and integrate AI-driven features (chatbots, RAG search, agent workflows).
• Work with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma) for semantic retrieval.
• Implement n8n / Make / Zapier automations to streamline workflows and backend processes.
• Collaborate with MLOps engineers for model deployment, caching, and inference optimization.
• Write clean, modular, and testable code with best practices (pytest, Docker, CI/CD).
• Optimize backend performance, handle authentication, and manage data pipelines.
• Contribute to design discussions, code reviews, and product planning sessions.

Requirements
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Python web development.
• Strong command of Flask, Django, and RESTful API design.
• Experience with LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, etc.).
• Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector DBs.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, etc.).
• Understanding of asynchronous tasks (Celery, Redis, FastAPI background a plus).
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase.
• Working knowledge of Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bonus: exposure to LangChain, LlamaIndex, or agent frameworks.

Nice to Have
• Experience deploying AI pipelines on AWS / GCP / Vercel / Render.
• Background in frontend frameworks (React, Next.js) is a plus.
• Familiarity with WebSockets, event-driven systems, or microservices architecture.
