LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify, research, and target high-potential prospects.
  • Write and deliver tailored proposals, pitches, and outreach messages that align with the company’s branding and resonate with target audiences.
  • Build and maintain strong professional connections through personalized messaging, content sharing, and active engagement on LinkedIn.
  • Develop comprehensive lead lists based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and market research.
  • Execute structured follow-up strategies to nurture leads and convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation and branding efforts with overall business goals.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of lead generation activities, including response rates, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics.
  • Create and implement branding strategies to enhance the company’s online presence and thought leadership on LinkedIn.
  • Stay current with LinkedIn’s features, best practices, and trends to continuously optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Document and share best practices for outreach, follow-ups, and lead management.


Qualifications:

1. Experience: 2 to 3 years in LinkedIn B2B lead generation or a related role with a focus on proposals, branding, and connection building.

2. Skills:

  • Strong experience in writing proposals and pitch decks tailored to diverse client needs.
  • Proven ability to craft engaging outreach messages and follow-up strategies that drive results.
  • Expertise in building and managing targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and tools like Lead411.
  • Knowledge of branding principles and content strategies for LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho for lead tracking and follow-ups.
  • Strong research skills to identify and qualify leads effectively.


3. Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building and nurturing professional relationships.
  • Analytical mindset to measure and improve lead generation activities.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
