Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience with upwork, linkedin and other remote jobs boards
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Support the development and execution of business strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore additional opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results.
