Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience with upwork, linkedin and other remote jobs boards
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
- Support the development and execution of business strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore additional opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results.
